He showed me several homes that I had picked out on my own and then after getting a feel for what I was looking for he recommended I look at a particular home that I only had to look at for about 5 minutes before I decided I wanted to buy it. He was extremely helpful and helped me get a good price on the home I bought. He’s a very nice and patient guy and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. Ken Rainer is very professional. After going through the stressful process of buying my first home I have to say he made it much easier than it could have been. He worked with my lender to help us close on the house quickly. He is also a man of his word, there were a few details with the house we asked him to take care of that was not put in the contract.
